2018: Softline buys Infosecuriti

On February 12, 2018, it became known about the sale of the Infosekuriti group of companies to the IT solutions and services provider Softline. Thanks to the deal, Infosecuriti is going to enter the international market.

Softline told Kommersant about the purchase of a controlling stake in Infosekuriti Group of Companies. At the same time, the financial and other terms of the agreement are not disclosed. It is only known that Infosecuriti will be integrated into the structure of the Softline group.

Infosecuriti has more than 60 services in its portfolio. The unification of our teams will help scale the Infosecuriti business to all major markets of Softline's presence. Softline made its first purchase in the information security market

According to her, the deal with Infosekuriti was Softline's first purchase of an information security company. The company is planning new acquisitions in this market.

As for the acquisition of Infosecuriti, Krivenkova called his goal to strengthen Softline's position in the cybersecurity market and expand the range of services through the services of the Information Security Management Center (SOC) and computer forensics.

According to Alexander Dvoryansky, commercial director of Infosekuriti, several applicants were interested in buying the company, most of whom represent the IT and information security spheres, but there were also representatives of the banking industry.

Having joined Softline, Infosekuriti is going to occupy 20% of the Russian SOC market within one to two years, with this decision it is planned to enter the international market.
