History

The first stone in foundation of IREKS company was put by the baker and the brewer from Kulmbakh Johan Peter Ruckdaeschel more than 155 years ago. We not only saved and supported its initiatives, but also continued its case.

The company name is inseparably linked with a name of its founder also today. IREKS = Johann Ruckdeschel et Söhne, Kulmbach (Jochann Ruckdaeschel and sons, Kulmbakh)

Since 1856 a lot of things changed, but also today the purpose of the company - creation of a valuable basis for a healthy power supply. Every day you can expect something new.

1856

The qualified baker and the brewer Jochann Petter Ruckdaeschel after return begins to build of America own malting and brewery.

1900

His son, Yokhann Andreas Ruckdaeschel, lays the foundation for development of the sector of baking additives: MILLIOSY RUCKDAESCHEL'S use becomes a turning point in baking craft. The first powdery, diastatic improver on a malt basis becomes soon irreplaceable as within the country, and beyond its limits.

1927

Circulation in more than 100.000 copies the magazine for clients "The short management for bakers" is issued. The magazine provides to bakers valuable and unique professional information.

1930

With introduction of FERTIGZAUYER improver process of a testovedeniye is revolutionized. Using FERTIGZAUYER improver time of fermentation of the test is reduced from 24 to 2 o'clock.

1971

The new range opens new opportunities: develops and till today the line of confectionery under the name MELLA constantly extends. In several years of IREKS sells the first baking mix SOY-MIX.

1990

Foreign markets and international branches play more and more important role for concern. Today the IREKS concern is provided in more than 90 countries, at the same time in it the atmosphere of traditional family company constantly remains.

1998

At the headquarters in the city of Kulmbakh new production of baking ingredients is started: completely automated and closed container system for mixing developed according to the highest standards allows to make products of exclusive quality.

2004

With purchase of DRAYDOPPEL company the international competence of IREKS concern - first of all in the field of fragrances, raw materials for a frozen and confectionery decor extends.
