According to our estimates, no more than 10% of companies use electronic document management (EDO) systems in their work. Among the reasons that hinder the widespread implementation of electronic systems, business representatives cite the complexity and duration of the process of connecting and configuring a qualified electronic signature. And the situation in the market for EDO systems may worsen with the introduction of restrictions on the issuance of electronic signatures through tax authorities in 2022. Legium.io is an alternative method of legally signing documents that does not require efforts to make and connect, "said Ivan Khaustov, Founder, Managing Partner Legium.io.
