2020: Raising $14 million in investments

On December 1, 2020, MEL Science announced that it had raised $14 million in investments. The Russian-Chinese venture capital fund, the Emirati state fund Mubadala Investment Company, Channel 4 Ventures and others have invested in the Russian-British educational startup.

Russian platform for scientific studies in virtual reality MEL Science raised $14 million

MEL Science intends to spend the funds received to support the demand for its own scientific subscriptions. The new round of funding will enable the development and scaling of existing products. 2016: Sistema Venture Capital invests $2.5m

On October 12, 2016, it became known about an investment of $2.5 million in MEL Science from the venture capital fund AFK Sistema.

Sistema Venture Capital Fund (Sistema VC) announced an investment in MEL Science. Sistema_VC did not disclose the share in the company obtained as a result of this transaction.

Vasily Filippov was previously the only investor in Mel Science. He invested $1.5 million in the company.
