The revenue of the network of multidisciplinary clinics "K + 31" at the end of 2020 amounted to 3.2 billion rubles, which is 13% higher than a year ago. At the same time, the patient flow in these institutions increased by 22% in total.

MedInvestGroup noted that the K + 31 clinic in 2020 transformed into an infectious diseases hospital for patients with COVID-19 in 7 days and provided services during the first wave of the pandemic. A multidisciplinary department of family medicine was also created, a patronage service and a mammology center were allocated as separate areas, and a diagnostic complex was updated. In August 2020, the construction of the second building of the K + 31 clinic on Lobachevsky Street in Moscow began.

In addition, MedInvestGroup and the International Medical Cluster Fund announced the launch of a multifunctional medical center and nuclear medicine center on the territory of Skolkovo, with a total area of ​ ​ 70 thousand square meters. The construction of a multifunctional medical center will be completed in 2022, and a nuclear medicine center in 2023.[1]

Construction of a multidisciplinary clinic in Skolkovo for 6 billion rubles

On January 11, 2022, MedInvestGroup announced the construction of a multidisciplinary clinic Skolkovo, in which the company will invest 6 billion rubles. This money will go to finishing work and equipment of the main building of the clinic.

As TASS was told in the press service of the group, the total area of ​ ​ the medical center will be about 50 thousand square meters. m. On five floors there will be an outpatient clinic complex, a children's clinic, adult and children's hospitals with a full-cycle diagnostic center, a maternity hospital with 22 beds and four maternity wards. On the basis of the clinic will also operate a center for clinical research of drugs. It is assumed that every year the medical institution will be able to serve more than 200 thousand patients.

MedInvestGroup builds a multidisciplinary clinic in Skolkovo for 6 billion rubles

It is noted that about 15% of the doctors of the center out of 800 medical specialists will be from foreign partner clinics: the Spanish children's hospital Sant Joan de Deu, as well as French clinics: surgical - Sant Charles and the Oncological Center Leon Bernard. At the same time, in accordance with the federal law "On the Medical Cluster," foreign drugs, medical devices and treatment protocols will be available on the territory of the clinic, which are allowed in the countries of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).

According to the plans of MedInvestGroup, construction work on a joint project of the group and the International Medical Cluster Fund will be completed by the end of 2022, and the start of patient admission is scheduled for 2023.

According to the President of MedInvestGroup Sergeya Notov, the clinic in Skolkovo will become the main platform for the transfer of foreign medical technologies to Russia.

By January 2022, MedInvestGroup is also building a nuclear medicine center at Skolkovo.[3]

Opening of a clinical diagnostic laboratory for ₽1,2 billion in Moscow

On November 19, 2021, it became known that the medical holding MedInvestGroup invested 1.2 billion rubles in the construction of a large clinical and diagnostic laboratory in western Moscow. With this project, Viktor Kharitonin's group began to actively develop the direction of laboratory diagnostics in Russia.

The area of ​ ​ the new laboratory was 2.3 thousand square meters. m. It is assumed that more than 20 million tests will be performed annually in this institution, 30 thousand per day. By the second or third quarter of 2022, the complex is expected to reach full capacity.

The cost of building an oncology dispensary, including the development of design documentation and equipping the institution with equipment, is about 10.7 billion rubles. It is assumed that the total validity period of the concession agreement will be 35 years. At the same time, immediately after commissioning, the object will be transferred to regional ownership. The provision of services in the oncology dispensary will remain free and accessible to the population under compulsory medical insurance policies.

The oncology dispensary is planned to be built within the framework of a concession agreement.

Agreements on the opening of nuclear medicine centers in Omsk and Vladimir

On June 6, 2019, it became known that MedInvestGroup Group of Companies (MIG) signed three agreements at once, according to which the PET-Technologies network centers will appear in the Omsk and Vladimir regions, and in the Moscow International Medical Cluster there is also capacity for chemotherapy, rehabilitation and laboratory research. The group intends to invest 550 million rubles in regional projects.

Centers in the Omsk and Vladimir regions are planned to open by 2020. The timing of the project at MMK and the investments that will be required for it were not specified in the company. It is known that MIG and the MMK Foundation intend to attract a foreign medical partner.[4]

Work of 13 branches in different regions of Russia

As of April 2019, MedInvestGroup Group, which manages the PET technology network of nuclear medicine centers, has already launched 13 branches in different regions of the country. At the same time, according to the group, in March 2019, MIG received a hundred thousandth patient.
