2022: Tochka Bank bought Marilyn

On July 12, 2022, the sale of the Marilyn group of companies to Tochka Bank was announced. The latter, based on purchased services, will launch the Point Advertising platform. It will be available to customers of the bank and other companies.

For small businesses there will be a system for independent creation and configuration of advertising, for the middle - the services of specialists "Points" or freelance partners, as well as separate tools for advertising agencies and large advertisers.

The project "Point Advertising" will be headed by Tatyana Kostenkova. Aori and Blonda.Ru will no longer operate under their own brands, and Marilyn will retain the brand. The company expects that Tochka Advertising will become part of the ecosystem and will be able to claim 20% of the online advertising market in the segment of its procurement by small and medium-sized businesses.

Before the transaction, 82.25% of Marilyn Group of Companies LLC was owned by Arsen Revazov, and the owner of 17.75% was the general director of LLC Tatyana Kostenkova. Now, according to a representative of Tochka, 100% of the LLC belong to this company.

The parties do not disclose the amount of the transaction, according to a Kommersant source, it amounted to 700 million rubles. This is one of the largest deals in online advertising in 2022, says Digital Church founder Mark Khludnev.

Earlier, Tochka announced the launch of another ecosystem service - the Point Networking business dating platform.
