2021: Accenture bought Nell'Armonia

At the end of May 2021, Accenture entered into an agreement to acquire Nell'Armonia, a leading consulting and technology company from France specializing in enterprise performance management (EPM) solutions. The financial terms of the transaction are not disclosed.

Stephanie Gendard, Managing Director and Head of Technology at Accenture, noted that many large French companies motivated by their commitment to sustainable development will participate in the transformation based on cloud innovation. This is due to the growing need of managers to develop in real time the most important functions of their company, such as finance, personnel and supply chain management, an accurate understanding of their environmental, social and managerial indicators.

Many customers have implemented projects to transform their EPM model. Reporting, planning, budgeting and forecasting processes are critical components of the success of such major technological and business changes. Combining our strengths with Accenture will allow us to expand EPM beyond financial function and strengthen our innovative capabilities through the use of the latest technologies such as artificial intelligence, predictive analytics and robotics.[1]
