2023: Establishing a company

On July 5, 2023, it became known that a new chain of home goods stores Redecoro appeared on the Russian market. One of the retailer's investors is Sber.

As the managing partner of Redecoro Anastasia Kondakova told TASS, the Metropolis shopping center in Moscow was chosen as the place for the opening of the first store (its area is 370 sq. M.). Within two years, it is planned to open about 50 outlets in Russia and the CIS. An online store will also be launched.

It is noted that Redecoro is developing its own line of home decor. It will include textiles, dishes, bathroom and kitchen products. According to Kondakova, the design of the collection combines elements of Scandinavian and ethnic stylistics, minimalism and eco-style. The brand will focus on the middle price segment. Redecoro products are manufactured in factories in Russia, Turkey, India and China.

Many of them made goods for Zara Home and H&M Home. Anastasia Kondakova claims that the company does not copy the products of the departed brands, but "independently develops lines."

Diversification of suppliers and a large number of partners help us not to depend on the political, economic, epidemiological situation in the world, she added.

Against the background of the start of a special operation of Russia To Ukraine , the largest fashion retailers left the Russian market. In particular, the group's stores, Inditex including Zara Home, and a company H&M that offered customers various home products from the H&M Home line left the country. The departure of foreign players made room for Russian retailers - this is how Redecoro appeared, which was founded in the spring of 2023 in Moscow.^[1]
