To digitalize the voting procedure, electronic personal accounts of all members of the Board of Directors, members of relevant committees and the audit commission were created on the internal portal. The developed module provides the ability to pre-load materials for familiarization and decision-making on them with the ability to assure your choice with an electronic digital signature.

The functionality is developed on the basis of an inhouse platform using cryptographic protection tools. The company refused to acquire a ready-made solution and developed its own platform, so it is fully compatible with all corporate systems. This solution makes it possible for the IT department to refine the platform functionality for emerging tasks in a short time.

A similar scheme is used when working with lessees - the application and signing of an agreement on the supply of equipment on financial lease terms takes place through the client's personal account on the marketplace.

The function module was tested and put into commercial operation in two weeks.
