2023: Sovcombank joins Septem Capital

According to the agency, Sovcombank has become the legal successor to all the rights and obligations of the investment company, according to a statement on the website of the credit institution. The brokerage and individual investment accounts of Septem Capital clients were transferred to Sovcombank for servicing.

The investment company Septem Capital specializes in operations in the bond market. In addition to the brokerage business, Septem Capital developed the DCM direction, was one of the organizers of bond issues for small and medium-sized companies. By March 2023, the company, as well as Sovcombank, are under blocking US sanctions.[1]
