2020: Cisco purchased Slido

Now Cisco, having purchased this company, will be able to integrate the Slido platform directly into WebEx that will simplify interaction of users of the video platform. The feature of Slido is that service allows to start an interactive at large audience of participants of online conferences and webinars. Moderators can configure polls and just read responses in real time.

Cisco understands the value of that Slido continued to develop as an independent product and built integration into other virtual platforms for meetings and the presentations, such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet— the head of department of the products Slido of Dzhuradzh of the PAL (Juraj Pal) noted.

Within Slido acquisition the Cisco company also receives tools for the analysis of audience which help business to measure interest in the online actions and to look for opportunities for their improvement. Besides, Cisco will have an access to extensive user base Slido. It is going to close the transaction by May, 2021.[1]
