2020: Acquisition of 63.38% of shares by Softline company

On December 15, 2020 the company Softline, the global supplier IT- solutions and services, announced TAdviser purchase of a share in the amount of 63.38% of Softline AG company – the international company, the providing consulting service in the field of IT and specializing in management program and IT assets SAMITAM (/), cloud technologies information security and also technologies of a digital working space. The parties are going to close the transaction till March 31, 2021.

Softline purchased the German Softline AG

Until agreement signature about consolidation of the company were not connected with similar names of Softline and Softline AG in any way.

The headquarters of Softline AG is located in Germany. The company works at the markets of Germany, in the Netherlands, Belgium and Great Britain. In staff of Softline AG for December, 2020 more than 200 IT consultants work. The company − one of representatives of "a magic quadrant" Gartner in the field of SAM and managed services.

For Softline purchase of such asset as Softline AG, − an important step in expansion of presence in Western Europe and gain of the status of Softline as global company. Also examination of Softline AG will bring value for customers of Softline in Russia. Great opportunities and examination of Softline AG in the field of management of program assets and adjacent areas are demanded at customers from the point of view of management of cloud-services and licensing of software which becomes harder and harder. The approach offered Softline AG helps heads of procurement and vendor management to estimate and define the tools and strategy promoting effective IT support of business.
