2020: Accenture purchased Yesler

At the beginning of April, 2020 Accenture announced Yesler acquisition, but cost and other terms of transaction of the company did not begin to open.

In the press release it is noted that purchase of Yesler will help to strengthen and expand Accenture B2B-marketing services. Especially it concerns such directions as protection of interests of clients, automation of marketing and sales promotion.

The CEO of Yesler Mike Kichline emphasized that his company, having concluded the bargain with Accenture, will get access to global business, and Accenture — to strengths and sources of revenues of the marketing agency.[1]
