In 2019, its implementation began under the leadership of Chibis within the framework of the national project "Housing and Urban Environment" and the national program "Digital Economy." The goal of Smart City is not only to digitally transform and automate processes, but also to comprehensively increase the efficiency of urban infrastructure.
