Born July 27, 1963 in the village of Chernyanka, Belgorod Region, Russia.

Education

1986 - graduated from the Economics Department of Lomonosov Moscow State University, Department of Economic Cybernetics, majoring in Cybernetic Economist.

Career

1980-1981 - Senior pioneer worker in Chernyanskaya secondary school N 2 of the Belgorod region[1].

1986-1995 - worked at the Central Economic and Mathematical Institute (CEMI) of the Russian Academy of Sciences - held the posts of research intern, junior researcher.
