Biography

Nikita Odintsov was born in Volgograd on September 17, 1983.

Education

He graduated from Volgograd State Technical University (Volga State Technical University) with a degree in economics.

Career

Since 2003, he has been engaged in PR and security of candidates in municipal, district and regional elections.

In 2005-2009 he worked by profile, economist.

In June 2010, he was invited to the Presidential Commission on Modernization and Technological Development as a project manager i-Russia.ru.

From 2010 to June 2015, he headed the ANO "Modernization" Presidential Council for Russia Economic Modernization and Innovative Development. Under his leadership, the ANO "Modernization" and i-Russia.ru became laureates of the All-Russian competition "" in the Runet Prize nominations "State and society" (2011) and "Electronic State in the Information Society" (2012).

In December 2010, he became one of the organizers of the All-Russian Innovation Forum "Russia, Go!," For which he was later noted by the gratitude of Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.

He worked in the team of Deputy Chairman of the Government of Russia Arkady Dvorkovich.

Since September 2012 - a permanent member of the Presidential Presidential Coordinating Council for the implementation of the national strategy for children for 2012-2017 years. In the same year he became a permanent member of the Appeals Committee of the Russian Football Union (RFU), as well as the general director of the non-profit partnership "Clean Internet," formed on the initiative of the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation.

Since June 2015 - Assistant Minister of Health of the Russian Federation.

As of November, 2018 Nikita Odintsov is a deputy director, the chief of the Center information technologiyvtsmk "Protection".

On July 16, 2019, the ex-assistant to the Minister health care of the Russian Federation, Deputy Director All-Russian Center for Disaster Medicine Nikita Odintsov headed. In the Information Technology and Operational Support Center Ministry of Health[1]

Awards and titles

Working in the team of Deputy Chairman of the Government of Russia Arkady Dvorkovich, in September 2011 Nikita Odintsov took 9th place in the monthly National ranking of the presence of Russian political and public figures on the Internet Presence Rating, compiled by the communication group Kremlin Multimedia.
