Born in 1965.

Education

• St. Petersburg State University, Political Economy;
• Graduate school of the Leningrad Pedagogical Institute. A.I. Herzen, Political economy;
• Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation, National Economy.

Career

He headed a number of foreign trade organizations, worked in senior positions in OJSC Foreign Economic Association Sudoimport and OJSC Foreign Economic Association Aviaexport.

In 2012, he served as an adviser to the Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation on a voluntary basis.

Since 2012 - General Director of PJSC GTLK.^[1]

In March 2020, he left the post of general director of GTLK, continuing to work in the company as an adviser to the general director.^[2]

On June 5, 2020, it became known that Sergei Khramagin, adviser to the general director of GTLK, was elected deputy chairman of the board of directors of GTLK.^[3]

For March 2021 - Member of the Board of Directors of GTLK.

In 2021, he completed cooperation with GTLK JSC.
