Dmitry Tur was born on March 14, 1984 in Moscow.

Education

In 2006 he graduated from the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics with a degree in Mobile Communications.

In 2015 he graduated from the Russian Academy of National Economy under the President of the Russian Federation with a degree in Economics.

Career

2005-2018

From 2005 to 2013, he held various positions at the FSUE Radio Research Institute.

From 2013 to 2018, he worked as deputy head of the department of metrology and systems for ensuring the functioning of communication networks, deputy director of the Department of Regulation of Radio Frequencies and Communication Networks of the Ministry of Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation.

2018

In 2018, he took the post of head of the service for the development of information and technology systems and communication systems of the Directorate of Information and Technology Systems and Communication Systems of the Moscow Metro State Unitary Enterprise.
