Kasimov Vyacheslav Valeryevich

Biography

In 2008 he graduated (GA Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation MSTU) with a degree in information security telecommunication systems.

He began his career as a programmer at the FSUE Research Institute "Quantum."

Then he worked at OTP Bank as a leading automation specialist in the information security division.

In 2009, he moved to Otkritie FC Bank (at that time Russian Development Bank), where he went from head of department to executive director for information security. While working at Otkritie FC, he combined work at similar positions in Trust and Nomos Bank banks during their joining Otkritie FC. Including worked as an adviser to the management apparatus of Trust Bank.

From 2010 to 2012, he worked as the head of the banking technology security department of Infosekuriti Service LLC.

As of November 15, 2016, Vyacheslav Valerievich Kasimov worked as Executive Director for Information Security of Otkritie Bank.

From November 2017 to May 2018, he worked as the head of the security department at JSC NSPK.

In May 2019, he joined the ICD team as director of the information security department.
