Until now, 9 out of 10 Russian production companies use foreign WMS. Many of them faced a lack of long-term sustainable support for their products. This became the main driver for the development of a new platform for companies with complex, multimodal logistics. KORUS Consulting specialists have created the first version of the platform, which covers the basic technological processes for managing commodity movement in the warehouse. Data security is ensured by multifactor authentication, delimitation of access rights based on roles, logging of important events and user actions.

The platform is developed on the basis of modern frameworks and open source technologies. This approach will allow customers not to depend on the supplier: in case of code transfer, it is possible to work with different development teams, adapt and expand the product on their own.

KORUS Consulting Group implements the platform with the support of the Russian Information Technology Development Fund - the development team received a grant worth more than 99 million rubles. In August 2023, the first of three stages of the project was completed.

The platform is being created as part of a three-year roadmap. In the near future - workshops and test drives with potential customers. With the release of the commercial version of the product, optimization mechanics for personnel management, billing, robotization will appear. Developers will add inventory, transportation, and order management applications and other solutions to the platform. This will create a solution that fully meets the needs of Russian business: from strategic planning to the fulfillment of operational logistics tasks.

The accumulated industry expertise will help create a product that fully meets the needs of Russian business.

In preparing the functional requirements, KORUS Consulting experts analyzed the problems of potential customers - large market players. In the context of the departure of international vendors, many Russian companies will not be able to legitimately and safely use Western products. Most of them will require import-substituting software, which must meet high efficiency and performance requirements. It is this solution that the company will be able to offer to the Russian market,
