2022: Obtaining a patent

Corus Consulting Group announced on March 31, 2022 that it had patented the K-Team product. This is a Russian solution based on 1C-Bitrix24, which closes most corporate communication tasks and optimizes team interaction in large companies.

K-Team includes several modules for automating corporate interaction. They all create a digital environment for communication, strategy and task management, human resources automation and collaboration. The intranet forms a single information environment, helps to convey news, motivate and involve staff. This is a full-fledged corporate social network for communication.

The "Applications and Services" Block speeds up the order and coordination of requests, vacations and certificates, allows you to work together with documents, book negotiation rooms.

The personal account automates personnel processes, simplifies interaction and access to payroll, vacation balance information and VHI. The tool allows you to significantly save on paper, as well as interact with employees in different cities and countries.

The knowledge base systematizes the information accumulated in the company and allows you to exchange experience within the team, convey key messages and updates to regulations and track familiarization.

The adaptation module makes the process of onboarding employees transparent and efficient. Automation reduces the burden on executives, as well as accelerates the acquaintance of newcomers with the company and inclusion in a new position.
