2023: Implementation "1C:Enterprise 8. Motor Vehicle Management PROF "

On March 2, 2023, 1C-Rarus announced that the United Regional Electric Networks had switched to an updated version of 1C:Enterprise 8. Motor Vehicle Management PROF. " Data migration was carried out  using the transfer and database reconciliation mechanisms developed by 1SRarus. ORES independently supports the system and plans to scale to managed regional companies.

According to the company, ORES-Togliatti JSC  was the customer of the project for the transition to the updated version of the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Motor Vehicle Management PROF. " The development and support of the program used has become difficult. The company did not have access to the improved product functionality and updated mechanisms for managed document forms of the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 technology platform.

A large-scale project for the transition to the updated version required a lot of time and professional competencies of implementation specialists. To update the system, the IT service of the regional power grid operator turned to the solution developer, 1SRarus.

The first stage analyzed the previous configuration, systematized information on the functionality used and the modifications made. Then , together with the customer, the functionality necessary for the enterprise was carefully selected. Retrospective data on ORES works shall be stored for at least 5 years. Waybills for which fuel and lubricants are recorded, repair tasks and other introductory ones are used in the construction of reports for the Ministry of Transport. Therefore, it is important to transfer information in full so as not to lose anything and not look for individual indicators in the previous database.

The 1C-Rarus team has developed a mechanism for reconciliation between bases. The structure of information storage is different in the releases of the program, when transferring data, the conversion was performed. During modeling, the correctness was checked Data transfer and completeness. If errors were detected as a result of reconciliation, then the transfer process was finalized and restarted.

System Integrations Configured :

employees, salary and actual time worked.

  • Transport Monitoring SystemFort Monitor: to compare the driver's mileage  and actual vehicle mileage.

The following employees of ORES actively use the product "1C: Motor vehicle management PROF":

  • Dispatchers: keep records on waybills, accept applications for vehicles, take into account fuel and lubricants (fuel and lubricants), form reports on fuel and lubricants and keep records of tire wear.
  • Mechanics: keep records of applications for repairs and work in their own repair.
  • Leading specialist: is engaged in taking into account repairs in third-party organizations, traffic police fines, approves fuel consumption rates.
  • Economist: closes the month, generates reports, distributes costs to accounts.

To use the system confidently, ORES employees underwent online training. During the month, 1SRarus consultants supported users and adjusted the system. As a result of the upload to the accounting department, the data of the management and accounting reports coincided, which indicates a correct transfer.

= told Ovchinnikov Grigory, specialist of production and technical management "ORES-Togliatti"|The company "1SRarus" helped Togliatti power grids to switch to the modern version of the industry product "1C: Motor Vehicle Management PROF ." We have independently scaled the  project to the Vladimir region and plan to replicate the changes to the rest of the power grid companies of the United Regional Electric Networks. Our IT service set a goal to support the program on its own. There was a complete understanding of what was done in the current information base, the changes are documented. When users' requirements are received, we can independently make decisions about changes to the program. In the previous the program for changing the printed form of the track sheet required up to a month of approvals, in the updated - 3-5 days. In the future, we want to plan repairs according to schedules taking into account the planned operating time of vehicles and introduce route lists for automatic monitoring of visits to emergency facilities.}}
