"We have long thought about the need for a hotline for PAH patients who, like other patients with orphan diseases, need special attention and support. We are very glad that this line is being launched right now, because in the context of the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19 and the introduction of prevention measures, this type of support becomes especially relevant, since patients with PAH are at high risk. We hope that this will help patients not only to safely survive this difficult period, but also to further improve their condition and quality of life in general, "comments Denis Vladimirovich Belyakov, executive director of the Union of Patients and Patient Organizations for Rare Diseases.
