It is difficult to imagine the transition to Russian software without parallel training of personnel who can use domestic software tools in real conditions. Speaking about the introduction of domestic software solutions, we often forget that not all companies have specialists who can solve complex problems with the help of software. For their part, representatives of the Belarusian National Technical University note that cooperation with Comindware allows expanding the opportunities for preparing students. To do this, the university begins training specialists in business process management in production.

The use of Russian software solutions in the educational process will increase the competitiveness of university graduates in the labor market, allow future specialists to quickly adapt to the latest trends associated with the widespread use of automation tools, both in Belarus and Russia, representatives of BNTU note.

Students of the Belarusian university will have access to the Comindware BMPS platform, in addition, the company will share educational materials of its Digital Transformation Academy. It is planned that the experience of introducing practical classes using Russian software technologies will be transferred to other universities in Belarus and Russia. Comindware is already working in this direction with individual Russian specialized universities.
