Main activities for 2018:

  • assistance in conducting a unified technical and technological policy in the field of informatization in the state authorities of the Kirov region and local governments of the Kirov region;
  • organization of the introduction of advanced technologies and standards for managing the creation of information systems in the state authorities of the region;
  • development and implementation of measures to improve the processes of informatization of state authorities;
  • management of the creation of electronic regulations, methods, formats of information exchange, including the interaction of entities providing state and municipal services at the interdepartmental level;
  • ensuring access of the population to state (municipal) services in electronic form;
  • organization of issue and maintenance of electronic digital signature;
  • providing universal electronic cards on the territory of the Kirov region;
  • ensuring on the territory of the Kirov region information and technological interaction of state information systems and municipal information systems in the process of providing state and municipal services, including using universal electronic maps;
  • participation in the development and implementation of interdepartmental infrastructure solutions;
  • development and application of uniform methodological requirements to the processes of information systems in state authorities of the Kirov region;
  • deployment, maintenance and support of interdepartmental information systems and information resources;
  • ensuring the creation of a common information space of state authorities;
  • testing and implementation of modern means of providing automated information systems and their technologies.

History

2023: Trial with NCI

On July 6, 2023, it became known that the National Center for Informatization (NCI), part of the state corporation Rostec, sued 38.9 million rubles from an IT contractor, who, under a state contract, supplied the equipment that was in operation instead of a new one. Read more here.
