2021: First place in the quiet wine market
In the Russian market of quiet wines in 2021, the leader changed. The representative of the group explained that the decrease is due to the decision of Ariant to increase the production of sparkling wines: at Kuban-Wine it increased by 23%, to 2.25 million dal, another 292 710 dal was released by CPI-Ariant.
Their interest in sparkling wines in the group was associated with the departure of many players from the market after the adoption of the law on winemaking. Against this background, the demand for high-quality products has grown. The company's decision is also due to a good harvest of varieties that go to the production of sparkling wines.
The NHS specialized in the production of inexpensive wines from imported wine materials, Andrei Grigoriev, partner of the consulting company Double Magnum Wine Consulting, explained to the newspaper. According to him, cheap wines have been popular in Russia for many years.[1]
