InterZet revenue for December, 2014 makes 2.8 billion rubles. The operator is going to increase this indicator to 3.7 billion rubles till 2016.

For September, 2014 the subscriber base of the operator makes nearly 370 thousand users from whom about 6,000 - legal entities. As of September, 2014 InterZet is the telecom operator taking the second place in St. Petersburg among operators of Internet services in the size of a subscriber base (according to AC&M Consulting, TelecomDaily, RusTele.com and dr).

In January, 2013 turnover in comparison with January, 2012 grew by 32%. According to the company, in 2012 the average bill was 441 rub.

The subscriber base across St. Petersburg grew for 2012 by 23%. In St. Petersburg several dozens of providers work, at some business centers there are seven-eight telecom operators.

Among significant events of 2012 in InterZet note entry of the company into the b2b market and development of regional network: InterZet put in operation and began commercial use of the nodes of local telephone communication constructed on softswitch-switches (program switches of an IP telephony) in Cherepovets, Chelyabinsk, Veliky Novgorod. In 2013 the company is going to hand over a node in Yaroslavl.

"Construction of own network is a basic approach of InterZet to business and strong competitive advantage thanks to which the company can guarantee the speed of connection and communication quality, - Pavel Molodnyakov, the marketing director of InterZet comments. - In 2013 we are going to enter the market in Vologda and Pskov, in plans of 2014 - Petrozavodsk, Murmansk, Arkhangelsk and Syktyvkar".

From InterZet about one hundred legal entities among which there are several tens of condominiums and UK (management companies) of different scale used a video surveillance system. The telecom provider offers standard and exclusive options of technical solutions for the organization of video surveillance systems online.

CCTV systems from InterZet not only allow to estimate remotely a situation on the protected area, but also have additional potential on warning of emergency situations. They provide continuous monitoring of the protected area, create archive of records, allow to recover history of events, increase labor productivity, collect marketing information, protect intellectual property.

Among the potential clients in the company see condominium and management companies of apartment houses and business centers, operators trade and warehouse, car services, parkings and construction companies. InterZet is ready to provide personal conditions of the project for each client, proceeding from their requirements: it is important to someone to prevent plunders in shop or in a warehouse, someone aims to create additional comfort for the client, for example, remote monitoring repair of the machine in car service, is important for someone face recognition and numbers of the passing cars, someone decides to upgrade already available video surveillance system. As much as possible possibilities of modern video surveillance systems reveal at connection of video cameras to the Internet, and it is the main competitive advantage of the InterZet provider having own territorial developed network of broadband access.

In 2010 the market of the CCTV equipment grew more than by 50% and saved comparable growth rates in 2011 and 2012.

2013: Akulich is appointed the CEO

In the summer of 2013 Vladimir Akulich is appointed the CEO of InterZet group. Key tasks of the CEO of InterZet are optimization of an organization structure of group, consolidation of assets of group of companies in a uniform managerial subject, growth of operational efficiency. Anchunov Dmitry who was earlier exercising operational management of InterZet will focus on development of the commercial block of telecom operator.

Purchase of the company by holding by ER-Telecom

According to[1]Vedomosti, FAS approved the petition of Er-Telecom Holding Limited on purchase of 100% of Perspektiva LLC and Prostor LLC entering into InterZet group. If this is true, then the subscriber base of ER-Telecom will grow additional 280,000 Internet households. Plus, the operator will enter the market, new (territorially) for it, - St. Petersburg.

According to Sergey Gusev, the CEO of InterZet in 2012 ER-Telecom, having reached a certain volume of a subscriber base, made the decision to stop extensive development of the Дом.ru project in St. Petersburg and began negotiations with players of local market on acquisition of assets. As a result at the end of 2013 the transaction as a result of which ER-Telecom purchased InterZet operator (Perspektiva LLC and Prostor LLC) took place and began consolidation process. "The choice of such strategy, from my point of view, was correct", - Sergey Gusev says[1].

Since December 2, 2014 Дом.ru branch in St. Petersburg and InterZet became uniform legal entity - Perspektiva LLC. As a result of consolidation the general team of specialists is formed, but the operator refused complete standardization of offers and services. The decision not to refuse also the InterZet brand, and to use co-branding in InterZet Дом.ru format was made. "Having integrated, we created the company in which each product is positioned in own way: there are interactive services and hi-tech package offers from "Дом.ru" and there are clear and usual broadband access from InterZet", - Sergey Gusev tells.

IT infrastructure of "Дом.ru" and InterZet is integrated for 100%. Completely it is going to create homogeneous network in three years. Having merged assets, the operator provided presence in all key districts of St. Petersburg and in the Leningrad Region. The scope of InterZet network makes nearly 1.8 million households, and a subscriber base of the operator - 678 thousand households, and it occupies, according to the CEO of InterZet, the second place (by the number of subscribers and on revenue) in the broadband access and CATV market in St. Petersburg. An indicator of ARPU at InterZet - 380 rub.

Andrei Lang is appointed by InterZet gendiirektor

On September 8, 2014 it became known that Andrei Yakovlevich Lang who was earlier holding a post of the chief financial officer of the company is elected to a position of the CEO of Perspektiva LLC (TM InterZet). Vladimir Aleksandrovich Akulich heading the company since August, 2013, having carried out the tasks of optimization of an organization structure of InterZet Group and consolidation of assets of group of companies assigned to it in a uniform managerial subject, will devote himself to new projects.

InterZet under the new management will continue a course towards increase in operational efficiency and market value of the company. "High loyalty to a brand, considerable experience both the "old" managers of the company and who came to it for last year consolidated under the leadership of V.A. Akulich in an effective command, - Andrei Lang comments – will still be a basis of strategy implementation of development of the company and increase in its competitiveness".
