2024: Construction of polyclinic for 2.4 billion rubles

On February 12, 2024, the Agency for State Order of the Krasnoyarsk Territory announced a tender for the preparation of design and working documentation, the implementation of engineering surveys and the construction of a medical facility in Minusinsk. The initial cost of the contract is 2.41 billion rubles.

We are talking about the project of the polyclinic KGBUZ "Minusinskaya MB." The total area of ​ ​ the seven-story building with a basement and a technical floor will be 2354 square meters. The medical institution is designed for 600 visits per shift. The contractor should begin work in October 2024, and the commissioning of the facility is scheduled for December 2026. Funds for the implementation of the project will be allocated from the regional and federal budgets. The site of the planned construction is located near a small lake and is the territory of the private residential sector, occupied by individual residential areas.

The medical institution will include an emergency medical unit, a clinical-diagnostic and consultative-diagnostic department, as well as infectious, rengenological and preventive units. In addition, an obstetric and diagnostic department, a day hospital (gynecology), a therapeutic day hospital, an outpatient surgery center, a surgical unit, a dental department, a paid services department and a physiotherapy department are provided.

In the basement there will be a cleaning department (rooms for processing and storing trolleys, a reception, disassembly and washing room for dirty mops), a block of auxiliary warehouses, a waste management unit, etc. The technical floor is designed for auxiliary rooms (ventilation chambers, elevator machines, etc.). It is also said that a conference room for 100 people and a rest room will be located on the seventh floor.^[1]
