Office of the Federal Service of the National Guard of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Khakassia

The powers of the Rosgvardia Administration for the Republic of Khakassia are exercised by the management body, subdivisions and military personnel (employees) of the Rosgvardia Administration for the Republic of Khakassia in accordance with the procedure provided for by federal constitutional laws, other federal laws, regulatory legal acts of the President of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation, as well as regulatory legal acts of the authorized federal executive body in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation on the protection of state secrets. Authorizations:

• general powers;
• special powers (coercive measures): detention; opening the vehicle; entry (penetration) into residential and other premises, on land plots and territories (water areas); cordon (blocking) areas of terrain (water areas), residential and other premises, structures and other facilities; formation and maintenance of data banks on citizens;
• powers to ensure the regimes of emergency, martial law and the legal regime of the counter-terrorist operation and powers related to participation in the counter-terrorist operation;
• other powers provided for by federal constitutional laws, this Federal Law, other federal laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.
