2022: Start of construction

On September 23, 2022, it became known that a pharmaceutical technopark would be built in the north-east of Moscow. According to the press service of the State Inspectorate for Real Estate in the capital, the project will be implemented on the site of the spontaneous construction market and materials warehouse.

During the monitoring at the address: 1st Severnaya Street, possession 1, specialists of the control department found that a spontaneous construction market and a warehouse of materials were organized on an area of ​ ​ 8.2 thousand square meters. m. (…) Currently, the territory has been vacated. In the future, as part of a large-scale investment project, this land plot will be used for the construction of an enterprise in the field of pharmaceuticals, the Moscow State Real Estate Inspectorate said in a statement.

The land plot was allocated as part of the implementation of a new large-scale investment project (MaIP) in the capital. MaIP is a special status that investors who build important objects for the city, for example, production, buildings for organizations from the educational, medical, tourist, transport sector and others, can receive. In this case, Moscow provides land plots without bidding.

The technopark of the pharmaceutical company should appear within five years: land is allocated for such a period as part of the implementation of MaIP. The construction of the facility will begin after the city formalizes land and legal relations with the investor, - added the head of the city property department Maxim Gaman.

According to the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov, the planned investment in the project is estimated at 13 billion rubles, and the annual tax deductions to the city budget are estimated at 3.3 billion rubles. In addition, thanks to the project, another thousand jobs will appear in the city, he said.[1]
