Before Feras Antun and David Tasillo who redeemed online resources from their founder Fabian Tillman and integrated in MindGeek in 2013 were mentioned as heads of MindGeek.

As it is specified in the publication FT, among shareholders of MindGeek, in addition to anonymous family trusts and the dummy companies, only their names are entered. The interest of media in structure of owners and the scheme of financing of the pornwebsite arose against the background of the scandal connected with the publication of videos with violence over minors. The resource reacted to scandal with sharp change of policy of moderation, having removed videos of doubtful origin. From more than 13 million videos on the website there were only 3 million[1]
