According to Kommersant, in connection with this detention in Rostov, searches began at Center 100 Rostov-on-Don LLC (engaged in the disposal of medical waste), in respect of which the Federal Antimonopoly Service was investigating.

According to the FAS, the Moscow Arbitration Court confirmed the presence of collusion. It was established that the anti-competitive agreement involved the conclusion of contracts with the Center 100 Rostov-on-Don company, despite the fact that the company did not meet the requirements of the procurement documentation.[5]

2024: Sentence - 4.5 years in prison

At the end of March 2024, the Kushchevsky District Court of the Krasnodar Territory sentenced Tatyana Bykovskaya to 4.5 years in prison in the case of abuse of office.

According to the joint press service of the courts of the Krasnodar Territory, the former Minister of Health of the Rostov Region will serve his sentence in a general regime colony. Also, according to the verdict, Bykovskaya is prohibited from holding positions in self-government bodies for two years after her release.
