Colitis Valentina Sergeyevna is the head of administration of the city of Blagoveshchensk.

Biography

Valentina was born on October 15, 1955 in Magdagachinsky district of the Amur region.

In 1977 graduated from the Blagoveshchensk state teacher training college.

Candidate of pedagogical sciences.

From 1972 to 1973 worked as the statistician of the Blagoveshchensk city board of education.

In 1977 and for 1979 worked as the teacher of Russian of Erkovetsky high school of the Region of Ivanovskoye.

Since 1979 worked as the teacher of Russian and literature of high school No. 1 of the city of Blagoveshchensk.

From 1980 to 1984 worked as the methodologist, the director of Chigirinsky district intramural and extramural school.

Since 1984 on 1994 Kalita worked as the head of methodology department of department of national education of the Blagoveshchensk district.

From 1994 to 2004 worked as the senior teacher, the vice rector for scientific and methodical work of the Amur regional institute of advanced training and retraining of the pedagogical personnel.

In 2004 it is appointed to the position of the first deputy mayor of Blagoveshchensk.

In 2007 Valentina Kalita received a position of the acting as the first deputy governor of the region.

In 2007 — 2008 worked as the Deputy Prime Minister of area.

In 2009 and for 2010 worked as the first deputy mayor of Blagoveshchensk.

Since 2010 worked as the CEO, the deputy CEO of Stroy Invest-Amur LLC.

From 2012 to 2014 worked with the general director assistant for public relations of Amurasso Passenger Port Ltd.

For July 27, 2015 Valentina Sergeyevna Kalita works as the head of administration of the city of Blagoveshchensk.
