Position

The former First Deputy Prime Minister Amur since December 5, 2008, the former Deputy Prime Minister of the Amur region since October 20, 2008, the lieutenant general;[1]

Till April, 2013 was the person responsible for informatization of the region.

Biography

Was born on June 1, 1955 in Babruysk the Mogilev region of Belarus;

Education

  • In 1976 graduated from the Omsk general command school

Career

  • 1976-1981 - the commander of a motorized rifle platoon of a prospecting company, the chief of staff of motorized rifle battalion in Group of the Soviet troops in Germany;
  • 1981-1984 - chief of staff, commander of motorized rifle battalion, ZAKVO;
  • 1984-1987 - student of Military academy of M.V. Frunze;
  • 1987-1988 - chief of staff of a motorized rifle regiment, Siberian Military District;
  • 1988-1989 - head of department of territorial training center of preparation of reserves and storage of arms and equipment, Siberian Military District;
  • 1989-1992 - head of department of base of storage of arms and equipment, Siberian Military District;
  • 1992-1994 - deputy chief of the headquarters of the 28th army body, Siberian Military District;
  • 1994-1995 - deputy chief of operational management of the headquarters of troops of Civil defense of the Russian Federation, deputy head of department of the emergency reaction of Department of department of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia;
  • 1995-1997 - student of Military academy of the General Staff;
  • 1997-2000 - the chief of staff - the deputy chief 294 Centers for holding rescue operations of extra risk;
  • 2000-2002 - the deputy chief of Department, 2002-2004 - the head of the department of troops of civil defense and rescue formations of Emercom of Russia;
  • 2004-2005 - Officer-in-Charge of the Far East regional center Emercom of Russia; the chief of the Far East regional center Emercom of Russia since 2005;
  • took part in liquidation of an effect of natural disasters in the territory of the Far Eastern Federal District (an earthquake in Neftegorsk in the north of Sakhalin in May, 1995, a spring flood in Yakutia in 2001, a flood in Primorye in the summer of 2002, etc.); it is awarded with Orders of the Badge of Honour, Courage, a medal "For Life Saving".
