Maxim Georgievich Kudryavtsev was born on August 29, 1975 in the village of Pervomaisky, Biysk District, Altai Territory.

Education

In 1998 he graduated from Novosibirsk State Technical University in the field of "Design and technology of electronic means," specialization "Devices of radio engineering and communication means."

In 2002, he received his second higher education, graduating from the Novosibirsk State Academy of Economics and Management with a degree in Finance and Credit.

1998-2002

Maxim Kudryavtsev began working at Rostelecom in 1998.

Since 2002, he served as assistant director of the Gorno-Altai branch of OJSC Sibirtelecom"," then since 2005 - advisor to the director.

2007-2010

In June 2007, he was appointed Deputy Director of the Gorno-Altai Branch for Commercial Affairs.

On June 1, 2011, he was appointed Vice President-Director of the Siberia macro-regional branch of OJSC Rostelecom. As director of the macro-regional branch of Siberia, Maxim Kudryavtsev replaced Ivan Dadykin, who left the company due to the expiration of the employment contract. Maxim Kudryavtsev will be responsible for business development and improving the telecommunications infrastructure of the combined company in the Siberian Federal District.

2016-2020

In September 2016, he won the elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation (Central single-mandate constituency No. 136. Novosibirsk region), gaining about 35.5% of the vote. 2023: Curating the Digital Development of the Novosibirsk Region

The Governor of the Novosibirsk Region, Andrei Travnikov, during an operational meeting of the regional government in early July 2023, announced the redistribution of areas of responsibility between his deputies "in accordance with relevant tasks and ensuring convenience in working with federal departments."
