Biography

Levan Tatunashvili was born in 1959.

In 1980 graduated from physical faculty of the Tbilisi state university.

Since 1982 on 1985 postgraduate study of Institute of Protein of Academy of Sciences of the USSR.

Since 1986 - the associate director of the Medical diagnostic center.

In 1989 organized the first Softool exhibition.

From 1989 to 2001 - the CEO, the chairman of the board of directors of the company Repko.

Since 2002, after merge to Business Management Systems corporation, for 2004 - the CEO of corporation.

Levan Tatunashvili since June, 2015 is the adviser to the rector of Novosibirsk State University for commercialization and a transfer of technologies. Before two years held a position of the vice president of OCSiAl, directed the direction of composite materials.

From 2010 to 2013 Levan Tatunashvili headed the Nanotechnology center "SIGMA-innovatsii". Under its management including the cluster of the nanomodified materials and a bioincubator in Academpark was created.

2017: Deputy CEO for the innovation activity of Academpark

On March 16, 2017 it became known of position assignment of the Deputy CEO for the innovation activity of Technopark - Levan Tatunashvili.

In a position Levan Tatunashvili is going to pay special attention to cooperation of Academpark with the university and the academic institutes, to expand work with young entrepreneurs. He considers that residents of Academpark have the high potential for creation of the cross-disciplinary projects corresponding to modern trends of the market.
