According to Tengrinews, Askhat Uzbek was the headliner of Kazakhtelecom in all public disputes regarding Kcell: from discussions over the company's acquisition of 75% of the shares to disputes with minority shareholders over the sale of 24% of the shares of the mobile operator, which suggests the involvement of the ex-chief financial officer of Kazakhtelecom in building the financial and economic architecture of Kell.
