"1C: Accounting of milk plant" – multifunction industry solution for automation of accounting and tax accounting, including preparation of the obligatory (regulated) and specialized reporting at the milk-processing enterprises of different patterns of ownership and scale, including, in the diversified holdings having the enterprises for processing of milk.

2019: Electronic deliveries. Transition to program protection

Since February 13, 2019 electronic deliveries of the Accounting of Milk Plant configuration and client licenses "1C went on sale : Milk plant". Besides, the main deliveries and client licenses with program protection are available, reported in 1C Company.

The system of licensing of the Accounting of Milk Plant configuration and the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform support joint work of program and hardware protection. So the main deliveries with program protection can be used with client and server licenses not only with program, but also with hardware protection. Also and the main deliveries with hardware protection it is possible to use with licenses with program and hardware protection.

Thus, if the user who purchased the main delivery with program protection has client or server licenses with hardware protection, he can use the available licenses with the software product and not buy to it the license with program protection. To the main delivery with the hardware key it is possible to purchase licenses both with an equipment room, and with program protection.

Main industry functionality of "Accounting of milk plant":

  • Conducting accounting and tax accounting taking into account specifics of accounting at the milk-processing enterprises;
  • Accounting of intake of dairy raw materials from suppliers, the test weight and purchase price of raw materials automatically are calculated with registration of qualitative indexes (criteria) on the basis of which are defined a sort. The structure of qualitative indexes and sorts for each type of raw materials is defined by the user;
  • Accounting of production of dairy products taking into account industry specifics. The products can be considered in additional units of measure. Production parameters have communication with qualitative indexes of raw materials, for example, of % of fat, protein % that allows when calculating write-off of raw materials correctly to expect standards of an expense production;
  • Accounting of waybills of cars taking into account specifics of the rolling stock (milk tankers on raw materials delivery, vans and refrigerators on delivery of finished goods). The cost accounting and the movement fuel and lubricants can be organized on each piece of equipment.
  • The mechanism of accounting of dairy raw materials is finished: the interrelation of the documents "Intake of Raw Materials" and "Report of the Committent on Purchases" is organized;
  • "The report on the normative and actual analysis of write-off of raw materials" in connection with new opportunities of a standard configuration is processed;
  • The mechanism of serial accounting of the nomenclature with support of 2 options of accounting is implemented:
    • full quantitative accounting using the off-balance account;
    • the help indication of series in documents;

  • The set of printed forms to the document of implementation is expanded (The qualitative certificate, the Application with QR codes of products);
  • Are finished standard the mechanism of exchange with a FSIS "Mercury": changes on use of consignees for comparison to the VETIS enterprise, to transfer of series and autocompletion of additional details of transactions are made;
  • The feature for personal setup of compact use of forms for configuration documents is added.

2013: Edition 3.0 release

1C Company informed in January, 2013 users and partners on release of edition 3.0 Accounting of Milk Plant configurations – the joint solution of 1C Company and Center for Scientific and Technical Services and Consulting Ltd Development center.

"1C: Accounting of milk plant" – industry solution which is intended for conducting accounting, tax accounting at the enterprises for processing of milk. The product is suitable for the enterprises of different patterns of ownership and the organization, gives the chance of preparation of the regulated and specialized reporting.

The Accounting of Milk Plant configuration is developed on the basis of a standard configuration Enterprise accounting, edition 3.0 with preserving of basic functionality and uses all advantages of a technology platform of 1C: Enterprise of version 8.2 providing scalability, openness, simplicity of administration and configuring. The technology platform of 1C: Enterprise of version 8.2 allows to work in the mode of the thin client and web client with the accessibility to information base via the Internet including in the mode of low connection speed.

When developing new edition "1C: Accounting of milk plant" results of implementation and operation of a configuration more than at 60 enterprises of the dairy industry among which were considered: Alapaevsk Dairy Plant LLC, Maslodelny Ltd Morshansky plant, "Pushkinogorsky Butter and Cheese-making Plant", JSC Moloko, Moloko LLC, Severnoye moloko Industrial Trading Company Ltd, Diveevskoye moloko LLC, Molservice Ltd, JSC Syzranmoloko and many others.

The functionality of the software product is complemented with following features:

  • Acceptance of dairy raw materials is performed taking into account all requirements for determination of grade of raw materials, calculation of purchase price; different report forms on purchase of raw materials form in high-quality, quantitative and amount-based expression;
  • For accounting of production of dairy products standards are set directly in a tabular form, depending on parameters of initial raw materials; the accounting of returnable waste is carried out by production;
  • The functionality on certification of dairy products is finished: the indication of qualitative indexes and formation of a printed form of the statement from the certificate of quality on dairy products is performed directly at the time of formation of the document of implementation;
  • To perform work on accounting of motor transport processing of waybills taking into account specifics of the rolling stock is implemented: milk tankers on raw materials delivery, vans and refrigerators on delivery of finished goods.
  • The beginning of work is simplified – work with the program begins with the section Desktop, to which it is convenient to bring the magazines and reference books used in daily work as specialists in quantitative qualitatively production accounting of raw materials and dairy products, and specialists in regulated (accounting and tax), to accounting;
  • Switching between sections of accounting is performed using tabs with names of sections and evident icons that simplifies navigation.
  • Practically of any document or the reference book it is easy to change appearance of a form according to specifics of organization activity.
  • At validation of filling of the document the program selects that detail in which the introduced error, and reports what this error consists in.
  • The list of recently created or edited documents can be browsed, having clicked History.
  • For any object of information base - the document, the reference book, the magazine, etc. - the user can receive the internal link in the form of a line on which other user having access to the same information base will quickly and unmistakably find the necessary object.
  • The documents which are often used in work, reports and other objects it is possible to place Favorites of the program in the section.
  • The user can set the mode of creation of new documents, convenient for himself - they will open in separate windows or on separate tabs in the general window.
  • All data of the employee, including salary and position, are entered and edited directly in the employee's card. Personnel orders are also printed from the employee's card
  • Payroll, the PIT and insurance premiums is reflected one general document.
  • Accounting of deduction is automated.
  • Payroll accounting is kept by jobs, i.e. it is possible to create pay-sheets on divisions. Salary payment of one employee can also be executed separately on different divisions.
  • The accessibility to information base with the rights only to viewing data is added.

In 2010 1C Company together with "Center for Scientific and Technical Services and Consulting" company produced industry solution "1C:Enterprise 8.3. Accounting of milk plant" for automation of the regulated and industry accounting at the milk-processing enterprises of different patterns of ownership and scale, including in the diversified holdings having the enterprises for processing of milk.
