The system of identification of visitors — the solution on automation of client service allowing to personalize communication of the company with the client.

A system from Kinian company gives the chance to retail networks or banks to begin service of the client literally on an input using the channels of communication and ensuring personal information protection. By means of integration with Wi-Fi by network the Kinian technology allows "identify" visitors and notify shop or bank on emergence on a threshold of this or that client.

How it works

After the visitor is connected to local Wi-Fi (in shop, bank, etc.), the equipment Kinian will remember this person, having appropriated it Kinian ID. On it an ID system easily identifies the visitor at another visit, having sent the corresponding signal in the database of shop. After that, for example, the shop will correlate ID of the person to the database which at that time already may contain personal information about it — a name, perhaps, product preferences, recurrence of visits and so forth (usually such data are tied to cards of a customer loyalty). On the basis of this information then the personalized offers for the client, for example, about the current discounts for favourite products can form, about relevant actions, and go to the mobile phone of the client in the form of the SMS or push-messages.[1]

In the whole Kinian is responsible directly for the notification of the company about appearance of the visitor with certain Kinian ID (the Spots ID company helps with implementation of this function) both does not store and does not process client data, does not sell and does not install the equipment, necessary for monitoring. Thus, system operation on identification of users and their private activity does not violate the current legislation regarding the law on personal data, emphasized in the company.[2]
