2019: The announcement of installation for heating and air conditioning

On May 8, 2019 the LG Electronics company (LG) provided LG Inverter Single Package – installation based on invertor scroll compressors for heating and air conditioning. This system with a performance of 88 kW is the first-ever thermal pump of roof type where the direct fan drive (Direct Drive) is used. This system developed on the basis of invertor technologies of LG company is intended for big commercial premises and designed so that in addition to high rates of performance and efficiency to provide convenience of installation and maintenance.

According to the company, in a front part of LG Inverter Single Package two inline invertor compressors with linear management are located. Unlike compressors of constant speed (not invertor), the invertor compressors of LG (which are also used in the MULTI V 5 model) increase efficiency, regulating giving and energy consumption as required. Thanks to linear management and broad range of operating frequencies (from 30 to 120 Hz) compressors of LG help to provide effective cooling, having as a result the integrated rating of energy efficiency (IEER) up to 18.3.

The invertor roof system of LG works as the thermal pump and provides stable heating of premises without the need for use of the additional heater that distinguishes it from traditional solutions. As as a source of heat fresh air, but not in addition consumed electricity is used, the LG Inverter Single Package installation can reduce considerably annual energy consumption and the corresponding expenses.

In solutions of other producers separately set electric motors and fans where for the drive belts are used are applied. With LG Direct Drive technology, the fan is installed directly on an electric motor that considerably accelerates primary installation and adjustment. Besides, the pulleys and wedge belts requiring additional adjustment, adjustment and lubricant are applied to operation of traditional motors. It inevitably leads to higher costs for maintenance and need to switch-off the equipment on holding time. Engineers of LG designed a system on the basis of the beskollektorny engine with the direct drive.

The LG Inverter Single Package system is also convenient in management for the end consumer. Using the remote control it is possible to change parameters of air flows, having set the necessary external static pressure (External Static Pressure).

LG Inverter Single Package differs in ease of installation and service thanks to features of the construction. For ensuring comfortable maintenance and access to system heart, installation is equipped with oar doors. Besides, three conveniently located special openings allow to lift and move installation with the normal fork loader, and chassis with cap nuts provide the additional speed of installation and durability.

The LG Inverter Single Package system in a basic complete set is equipped with the filter of the sliding type. Such solution provides removal and replacement of the filter, and for its cleaning it is possible to use normal water. Construction also allows to use the commercial 2-inch filter reducing static pressure.

A system allows to set air ducts in the different directions and guarantees performance irrespective of a configuration or features of the premises.
