The program helps patients to trace symptoms of respiratory infections and body temperature using daily checks of the state of health. A system makes questions of possible symptoms on the basis of the previous answers, offers patients materials for self-education and also if necessary collects all data retrieveds for the doctor.

If symptoms require emergency actions, the platform connects the user to the command center of the nurse of MCMS. The trained medics can browse data retrieveds, will issue recommendations or hospitalize the patient.

COVID-19 extends very quickly, and we understand that alternative approaches to screening, monitoring of diseases and training of patients are urgently necessary for us to reduce incidence and to lower load of health workers and organizations — the vice president of MCMS Sheri Dodd in the press release explained. — Without consultation with the health worker it is difficult to understand when symptoms really require the request for medical care. Use of technology for independent monitoring of symptoms can play an important role and slow down spread of a disease.[1]
