Model Studio CS Pipelines

The CSoft Development company and NTP "Pipeline" announced in August, 2011 end of the first stage of mutual integration of Model Studio CS Pipeline and the settlement START programs, Hydraulic system and Isolation.

The first phase of integration works during which high-quality export of model from Model Studio CS Pipelines in the START program was provided came to the end with release of the first commercial version of Model Studio CS Pipelines. Model Studio CS Pipelines transfers to START all available information on the pipeline (geometry, weight, material, wall thickness, etc.).

Creation of the interface of export from Model Studio CS Pipelines in the Hydraulic system program became the next step. The functionality of Model Studio CS Pipelines just allows easily and to transfer to Hydraulic system model of the pipeline and data on it – for carrying out hydraulic and heathydraulic calculations. Information transfer from the three-dimensional Model Studio CS model is most simplified and actually reduced to one button. All geometry of the pipeline is automatically transferred to Hydraulic system: arrangement, diameters and geometrical sizes of pipes and fitting, armature types.

The first stage of integration was completed by creation of the interface of transfer of three-dimensional model with attributes from Model Studio CS Pipelines in the Isolation program.

Transfer of three-dimensional model from Model Studio CS in Isolation is also performed in the mode of "one button". The model can be transferred entirely or partially, at the same time it can include both pipelines, and the equipment. The model of the pipeline system with the equipment is transferred from Model Studio CS to the Isolation program with all parameters, necessary for calculation. If necessary parameters can be recustomized standard means of Model Studio CS. Transfer from a three-dimensional CAD to the Isolation program not only of pipelines, but also the equipment is the unique opportunity implemented only in the Model Studio CS program Pipelines for today.

Strategic partnership of NTP "Pipeline" and CSoft Development passes to a new stage which result should be a bilateral "seamless" integration of products.

Upgraded version (September, 2011) of Model Studio CS Pipelines offers support of 32-bit and 64-bit versions of AutoCAD 2012 and also new opportunities for engineers.

In upgraded version the new designer of the equipment is implemented. Its tools which are not demanding from the user of special preparation allow easily, quickly and with high quality to create three-dimensional models of technology equipment. The library of feedwells, bottoms, support, unions and other compound parts of the equipment is expanded to several thousand positions that it does possible creation of three-dimensional models according to directories of equipment manufacturer. The received models can directly be applied in the current project or remain in the database as a standard product for the subsequent use.
