PSS. The platform - the software solution for management and administration of the park of devices of self-service.

On May 18, 2015 the Advanced Systems of Self-service company announced release of software "PSS. The platform"^[1].

Development has wide functionality, provides variability of use of diverse devices for the organization of high-quality and profitable services in a self-service format in different spheres of business.

In functionality "PSS. Platforms" the transactions provided in self-service points:

• receiving and delivery of cash,
• non-cash transactions,
• identification of users,
• reporting
• other services.

The software product is universal for use of devices of self-service in different spheres of business:

• purchase of goods or services,
• receiving electronic access to a personal account of the user,
• electronic registration,
• subscription to services
• others.

The software product works in the client-server architecture. As a part of the platform modules:

• preprocessing – the server software processing the payment and technical information from the self-service device within technical and financial monitoring. The reporting created on the basis of data of monitoring gives ample opportunities for obtaining analytically verified recommendations about business use of the device of self-service and its technical operation. The server of preprocessing gives abilities to integrate with external information systems and providers of services.

• the client – software, acting on the self-service device, managing hardware devices and performing different business scenarios of interaction with the end user – the consumer of services, the internal and external services of the trade or service enterprise which are responsible for uninterrupted operation of rendering service.
