2022: Start Receiving Orders

In January 2022, Promobot introduced a new product - a robotic complex with a humanoid robot selling ice cream, coffee and other drinks. The novelty was called Promobot Vending.

According to the project website, having installed Promobot Vending, an entrepreneur can earn from 36 thousand rubles a day and from 1 million rubles a month. The payback of this purchase is from 12 months, and the installation of equipment takes about seven days. Promobot also points to the development advantage of minimal maintenance costs - the equipment only requires loading ingredients. The complex produces 200 portions of ice cream, 70 drinks and 60 cups of coffee per hour.

The system operates in fully automatic mode 24 hours a day. It has a frizer for making soft ice cream, an apparatus for carbonated drinks, a coffee machine, robotic hands-manipulators, a self-service terminal and a hyperrealistic robot cashier for communication with a client. The device can perform a full cycle of customer service - from accepting an order to issuing products.

We have implemented this project, since today there is an active demand for automated catering solutions in the market, "says Oleg Kivokurtsev, Promobot Development Director. - Promobot Vending provides a full cycle of customer service: from attracting traffic to issuing an order, and a human-like robot with a hyperreal appearance will not bored waiting for the product and will ensure re-sales.

On January 19, 2022, Promobot reported that at least 20 robotic complexes are planned to be sold during the year. It is planned that in the near future robots will go to amusement parks, shopping centers, train stations and business centers.^[1]
