Content

The Regional Navigation and Information System (RNIS) is the software [1] of subsystems of scheduling.

In composition:

  • Subsystem of monitoring and management of passenger traffic in the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation. As this subsystem it is offered to use Siren — Passenger Traffic Open Source.
  • Subsystem of monitoring and control of school buses in the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation. As this subsystem it is offered to use Siren — the School Bus Open Source.
  • Subsystem of navigation and information automated system of information exchange, call processing and management using the equipment of satellite navigation GLONASS or GLONASS/GPS; vehicles of the territorial center of medicine of accidents, ambulance and emergency medical service in the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation. As this subsystem it is offered to use Siren — 03 Open Source.
  • Subsystem of monitoring of transportations of special, dangerous, large-size and heavy loads by the motor transport in the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation. As this subsystem it is offered to use Siren — Dangerous Loads Open Source.
  • Subsystem of monitoring of automobile vehicles of the organizations of housing and communal services, including snowplows, garbage trucks, etc., in the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation. As this subsystem it is offered to use Siren — Housing and Public Utilities Open Source.

2017: RNIS 2.0

The T-1 Group joint-stock company is created for development and implementation of telematic products and services on the basis of navigation technologies in the territory of regions of the Russian Federation.

One of the main innovation products created by the company is the regional navigation and information system of new generation (RNIS 2.0) allowing to increase significantly effective management of a transport complex of the region, to achieve improvement of quality of the works and services provided to the population and also promotes:

  • to cost reduction of the regional budget, increase in operational efficiency and increase in transparency of management processes housing-and-municipal, transport and road complexes due to implementation of the end-to-end automatic reporting under all work types excluding possibilities of forgery and offline adjustments as on the party of Contractors (receivers of budgetary funds), and on the party of organizers / customers of works
  • to decrease in quantity and weight of road accident at the expense of the effective tool for prevention of violations of traffic regulations and a possibility of pro-active influence on a situation
  • to growth of a tax and non-tax income of regions due to increase in transparency and effective management of all categories of the enterprises connected to RNIS

Important criterion of the offer for the subject is the investment model which does not assume public financing on creation and integration of RNIS 2.0 into the territorial subject of the Russian Federation. JSC Gruppa T-1 compensates investments due to providing additional navigation services to road and transport companies of the region for the period of operation of the investment contract.
