Seldon.Basis is a service for search and check of partners. It is developed in 2014 by Seldon IT company, included in the Register of domestic software.

Seldon.Basis will tell about everything — authentically, in the simplest and clear form. In base — 24 million legal entities and SP of Russia and the CIS countries, data on them are collected from a set of official sources in real time. Among sources: EIS, Card file of arbitration cases, FAS, FSSP, federal and commercial ETPs, etc.

The service allows to learn about state registration of the company (data of the USRLE), government contracts and arbitration cases, enforcement proceedings and messages about bankruptcy. And also checks, trademarks, licenses, patents, bank guarantees, pledges. It is possible to look at detailed financial statements by years, to check affiliation. There is an opportunity to unload data in the file for their detailed analysis or the short report to the head. Besides, the certified extract from the USRLE on demand is provided (it is certified by the digital signature).
