2020: Start of production of the ultrasonography devices for cardiovascular diagnostics from GE Healthcare in the Russian Federation

As it became known on August 25, 2020, GE Healthcare starts in Russia production of the ultrasonography devices for cardiovascular diagnostics of Vivid S60N and Vivid S70N. These devices will be issued at the plant in the Moscow region. The beginning of deliveries is planned for fall of 2020.

Vivid S60N and Vivid S70N represent compact devices for an echocardiography with the built-in intellectual cSound 3.0 platform providing high detailing of images and the improved color rendition at any heart rate.

The Vivid S60N model is intended for application in routine practice and gives the chance to specialists of ultrasonography to conduct researches of expert level for a wide range of patients, the producer claims.

GE Healthcare starts in the Russian Federation production of the ultrasonography devices for cardiovascular diagnostics

The Vivid S70N system received function of carrying out a volume 4D-echocardiography in real time and also the technologies of deep analytics helping to plan surgeries in details reproducing that area where intervention will be carried out.

Also in the equipment functions of viewing the x-ray image in real time are implemented ("picture in picture" format). Besides, developers announce implementation of the thought-over tablet interface and a possibility of programming of "hot buttons" that facilitates interaction of doctors with the device in the course of accomplishment of routine tasks (inspection of patients, analytical calculations and another), reducing time of the procedure and allowing to increase thereby a flow of patients in ultrasonography offices.

According to the head of GE Healthcare in Russia/CIS Nina Kandelaki, Vivid S60N and Vivid S70N will help the Russian specialists to bring diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases to new level and to expand availability of modern medical solutions to the bigger number of patients through the whole country.[1]
