According to Chernyshenko, the service was launched in test mode in early October 2022, and 2 thousand volunteers signed up through it by October 4. The Deputy Prime Minister noted that from the moment of filing an application and filling out a questionnaire with personal data, a notification should come to a person within two days with the date and time of visiting the military registration and enlistment office, as well as a list of documents.

A special section on the website says that the applicant must have Russian citizenship, be in the reserve of the Russian Armed Forces, have a military accounting specialty and be suitable for conscription by age (for ordinary and sergeant personnel - up to 50 years old, junior officers - up to 60 years old, senior officers - up to 65 years old). Conscription is subject to people fit for health reasons for mobilization service (with categories "fit" (A), "fit with minor limitations" (B) and "limited fit" (C).[1]
