"The Renaissance Health" created the accounting system based on the solution "Homnet: NFO"

2019: Creation of the accounting system based on "Homnet: NFO"

On November 8, 2019 the company "Homnet" announced implementation in SK "Renaissance Health" accounting system on EPS. The accounting system for 15 users of the company is constructed based on industry solution "XOMHET:NFO" in which the staff of SK "Renaissance Health" keeps account and hand over the reporting in Bank of Russia with full compliance with requirements of the regulator.

"We began to work With Homnet Group in 2016. At the time of a transient period of NFO to the updated industry standards accounting the vendor executed the project of broadcasting data from RAS on EPS. And in 2017 the command of Homnet Group started creation of the centralized system of accounting meeting all relevant requirements of supervisory authority based on "HOMNET:NFO". Thanking jointly to the implemented projects, in ours To IT infrastructure requirements were fully implemented Bank Russia that allowed us to conduct further the activity according to the Chart of accounts of accounting in NFO entered by the Bank of Russia (Provision No. 486-P) and to provide in supervision according to requirements of the Bank of Russia",

During the project was the following work types are executed:

• Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
• Planning and drawing up schedule of stages of works
• Installation and setup of a system on the Customer's server
• User training to work in the program

For automation of operations on financial instruments and trust management subsystems the solutions "HOMNET:NFO" — Financial instruments and Trust management were used. The project team of Homnet Group implemented full data exchange with management companies which cooperate with Renaissance Health insurance company.

On a result accounting and tax accounting and also collecting of the reporting according to Provision No. 526-P of 12/28/2015 and Instruction 4584-U of 10/25/2017 are automated.

The main project deliverable is implementation of the single centralized system providing transparent accounting and uninterrupted operation of work with large volumes of data. Employees without difficulties passed to work in the created system thanks to consultations of specialists of Integrator, the clear interface and functionality of the solution. The important point also is in compatibility of the product "HOMNET:NFO" with the solution "XOMHET:XBRL" that in the subsequent allowed to perform the project on submission of reports in the XBRL format.

As of November, 2019 Homnet Group and SK "Renaissance Health" continue to cooperate within the agreement of maintenance under which the vendor gives consulting support to users on methodical and technical issues of work in the program.
