Control automation by purchasing activity in Almaz-Antey air defense concern

Technology platform: 1C: Enterprise 8.2.

Main objectives of the project:

• provide the automated control of execution of rules of carrying out the purchases set in regulations of Concern;
• provide the automated preparation of procurement documentation and formation of protocols according to procedures of order placement;
• provide automatic measure calculation and formation of the regulated and management reporting.

Results of system implementation:

• a system allowed to carry out in real time one and all purchases in the automated mode;
• any of more than 500 starting procurement procedures was not carried out with abuse of regulations;
• the data on the carried-out purchases published by Concern on the official site completely correspond to information provided from 1C: Enterprise;
• all documentation on the carried-out procedures of order placement was prepared with the help of AS.
